12TH ANNUAL “TOYS 4 TOTS” TOURNAMENT

Tournament is open to Men’s or Coed Teams (will play in men's division). 

Game schedules will be out by Dec. 7th at 4:00 pm. Parking Lot Gate will be open at 7:00 am. Entry Gate will be open at 7:30 for players and spectators. Games will be starting at 8:00 am. (There will be NO GRACE PERIOD for any games.) Game time is forfeit time. PLEASE SEE RULES POSTED BELOW FOR DETAILS.

TO PREVENT SANDBAGGING:

UPPER DIVISION CHAMPS WILL RECEIVE TOYS FOR TOT RINGS (UP TO 14 PLAYERS).

LOWER DIVISION CHAMPS WILL RECEIVE 15 TEAM TOYS FOR TOTS MEDALS.

*EVERY TEAM IS REQUIRED TO TURN IN A ROSTER TO UMPIRE AT THE FIRST GAME WHEN $15/PER GAME  FEE IS GIVEN TO UMPIRES.

• Tournament fee is $295/team. TOURNAMENT FEE MUST BE PAID IN FULL BEFORE SECOND GAME STARTS. 3-game guarantee (2 Games of Pool Play followed by Upper & Lower Single Elimination Bracket).
• First 24 teams signed up will play.
• The single elimination bracket will be split into Upper & Lower Divisions.
• Each team pays umpire $15/game before each game. 
• ABSOLUTELY NO GLASS BOTTLES IN THE PARK/DUGOUT OR IN THE PARKING LOT! (To many people don't know how to throw the bottles in the trash.)
• EACH TEAM is REQUIRED to bring 10 unwrapped/toys/stuffed animals/etc... ( we will also be taking any canned food, blankets, and jackets to be donated as well.
• Gate fee is $9.00 for all players and spectators.  Children 12&under are FREE.   CASH ONLY AT THE GATE!
